Jaybimad started operation in 2019, but was formally incorporated under the Corporate Affairs Commission Act as a Limited Liability Company  in August 2023.

It also positions itself as a sustainable delivery option, with deliveries taking place in recycled boxes, delivery routes consolidated to minimize carbon emissions, and the company taking back packaging for reuse or recycling.
